Plantain Chips Recipe

This recipe is great for serving as an appetizer, snack or a side to a main meal. They are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. They replace potato chips or potatoes as a much healthier, allergen free, AIP choice- while still being completely satisfying for anyone. They are also great for dipping in your favorite sauce, such as the guacamole recipe I recently posted.

    • Serve with your favorite dip, on your favorite meal, or just eat as a snack.
