Coconut Treats

A delicious dessert or mid-day snack that is packed with healthy, filling fats and no sugar. Rich, creamy, slightly sweet taste that is satisfying. They only have two ingredients, making them allergy-free and fit in almost all nutrition plans.

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Container For Storage


  • 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon OR
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric


  • In a small bowl mix coconut butter and coconut flakes.
  • Mix in optional ingredients.
  • Cover bowl, put in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Remove batter from fridge. Use tablespoon to form small tablespoon size balls and place in container for storage. Repeat until all batter is used. You will have approximately 12 balls.
  • Keep chilled until ready to eat.
  • ENJOY!
